When you book your first appointment with Awaken Chiropractic Center, you’ll receive a link to complete your paperwork through our convenient online portal; please have this done at least 24 hours before your appointment, so our doctors can review it before meeting with you.
Filling out your form completely means we’re able to get started with the exam portion of your visit quickly, saving valuable time during your first visit. Some questions may seem different, but please know we’re not asking to be nosey; they’re to get you thinking about everything that has contributed to how your health got to where it is today. We gather this information for your safety and to provide you the best care possible.
If you’ve had recent x-rays, MRIs or other imaging done, please bring the disc and report with you to your first appointment.
Our Unique Approach
Many of our clients appreciate the option of having a male and female provider available. Dr. Robert & Dr. Victoria focus on gentle perinatal & pediatric care, and are passionate about creating healthy families.
Your First Visit
When you arrive for your first visit, you will be greeted and made to feel at home in our healing space. You’ll sit down for a consultation with your chiropractor to discuss your health history and current concerns, then receive age-appropriate nervous system tests with our non-invasive, state-of-the-art scanning technology, all of which are completely safe during pregnancy and for brand new babies! Your doctor will also conduct a thorough chiropractic exam, and if clinically indicated, you may be eligible to receive your first chiropractic adjustment. In some cases, we may refer you to a local imaging center before proceeding. This visit typically takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your unique needs.
Your Second Visit
Your second visit starts with a report of findings where we go over what was discovered during your first visit, how we can help you reach your health goals, and our recommendations for care. Your custom care plan includes our suggested visit frequency and duration as well as thoughtfully structured, cost-effective options to make receiving the care you and your family need clear, manageable, and sustainable. The visit ends with an adjustment.
Paying for Care
Self-pay clients have the option to use cash, any major credit card, and HSA or FSA cards. For those 65+, we accept traditional Medicare Part B only (the red, white and blue card). Superbills (for out-of-network care and reimbursement at your insurance company’s discretion) are available upon request.

This phase helps your now-more-adaptable nervous system stay clear and responsive, so the body can continue meeting life with greater resilience and flow. Rather than addressing problems, Wellness Care supports the ongoing integration of healing already in motion.

New Client Special
This introductory special includes a consultation, InSight neurological scans, and a chiropractic exam. *
*Introductory Offer: $147. Valid through 3/31/2026. Our standard rate for a new client exam is $250.00. Provided by Port St Lucie Chiropractors Dr. Robert & Dr. Victoria Kustarz.
- Self-pay Clients: Includes the initial exam and first spinal adjustment (if clinically indicated).
- Medicare Part B Clients: The exam portion is a non-covered service and the fee is $147. If a spinal adjustment is clinically indicated, whether for medical necessity or to support wellness, this service must be billed to Medicare as required by law. Our office is required by law to collect your standard Medicare deductible and/or 20% co-insurance.
