We look forward to welcoming you to Awaken Chiropractic Center, conveniently located on NW University Blvd. in St. Lucie West, just 1.5 miles from I-95 (across from Clover Park).

From I-95 exit 120:

• Head east on St Lucie W Blvd (0.2 mi)
• Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto NW Peacock Blvd (0.7 mi)
• Turn right onto NW University Blvd (0.3 mi)
• Turn right into West Park Plaza (0.3 mi)

There is ample parking near the back of the parking lot or alongside the single story buildings in the center of the lot. Make your way to the red brick sidewalk between the buildings, and follow the sidewalk to the fountains; our office is located between the two fountains.
